The tenants who occupy our buildings every day are one of the Company’s most important stakeholder groups and a key part of our business. At Árima, we are particularly focused on supporting the well-being, health and safety of our tenants, making sure that we are meeting their needs and offering exceptional spaces where they can do their best work.
To assess tenants’ level of well-being and identify their main concerns, Árima conducts an annual satisfaction survey. In 2025, newly incorporated assets within the portfolio were included in this practice, and surveys were distributed across 100% of the portfolio, generating valuable insights.
Tenants conveyed a very positive reception to the initiatives implemented throughout the year, allowing Árima to better target future measures and strategic priorities.
The survey addresses tenants’ overall satisfaction, sustainability and innovation in office environments, as well as the sustainable practices adopted by companies, in order to assess their level of awareness.
