The tenants who occupy our buildings every day are one of the Company’s most important stakeholder groups and a key part of our business. At Árima, we are particularly focused on supporting the well-being, health and safety of our tenants, making sure that we are meeting their needs and offering exceptional spaces where they can do their best work.
Every year, we ask tenants to complete a satisfaction survey to share any concerns and report back on their level of well-being. During 2024 we launched surveys to 100% of our tenant portfolio, obtaining interesting results.
Our tenants are showing interest in high energy performance certificates, green energy supply, asset certifications and the decarbonisation pathway which demonstrated that we must continue to work hand in hand to achieve lower pollution targets.
