Putting a special focus on the indoor air quality of our assets, in Árima we care about installing air purification systems to ensure the health and well-being of our tenants.
To this end, we are installing in our assets the Aire Limpio® system that improves ventilation through filters and systems that prevent cross contamination. This system achieves the elimination of up to 90% of the particles suspended in the air. It provides functionality, since it allows us to see in real time the quality of the air inside and outside the rented spaces, and reduces maintenance costs and energy expenditure, with a minimum environmental impact.
