The purpose of this personal data protection policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is to inform users of the www.arimainmo.com website (the “Website”) sbout the way in which their personal data will be processed by Árima Real Estate SOCIMI, S.A. (“ÁRIMA”).

Personal data will be retained the time necessary in order to perform the necessary tasks (e.g. to manage the contact request or the request for information) or, in the event that a contractual relationship is formed with the user in question, for the period that the said relationship continues, and subsequently for the time necessary to respond to any kind of liability (e.g. until the time-barring of any liability that may arise under the regulations governing data protection issues).

6. THIRD PARTY DATA

In the event that users provide data belonging to third parties, they undertake to have obtained the prior informed consent of the third party in question (unless there is any other applicable reason that authorises the provision of such data). Consent shall be understood to be informed when the third parties in question have been informed by the user and have accepted the Legal Notice and General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website and this Privacy Policy. It is the sole responsibility of the user to comply with this duty to inform and to have obtained the prior consent of third parties, and ÁRIMA shall not be required to take any additional action in respect of the said third parties.

Furthermore, this website may contain the data of natural persons who are members of the ÁRIMA team or who are mentioned in the documentation relating to the investor area. As regards the data on the ÁRIMA team, these are published for the purposes of: (i) introducing the management team; and (ii) offering direct contact with its members. As regards the data from the investor area, these are published in compliance with the legal obligations that apply in matters of corporate governance. As a result, the third party data mentioned above may not be used for any other purpose than those indicated unless the user is duly authorised to do so.
